VITAE
Stefano A. Piccardo graduated from the University of Genoa in November 1979. He was admitted before the Italian Bar in 1986. He is also admitted before the Italian Supreme Court since 1998.
Mr. Piccardo's early practice experience involved several leading Law Firms based in Genoa and Milan.
In 1987 Stefano Piccardo joined the legal department of IBM Italy S.p.A. where he served as inside counsel responsible for systems integration and in the areas of antitrust, software development and distribution.
In 1992 he returned to private practice and worked for three years in the United States of America, initially by joining the New York office of Werbel Mc Millin and Carnelutti LLP and subsequently by working at the New York office of Pavia & Harcourt LLP.
Mr. Piccardo then founded the Piccardo Law Firm in Milan in 1994.The Firm has been engaged in providing services described herein since that time.
Mr. Piccardo currently is a member of Arbitrando where he regularly holds seminars and courses on different issues on the law of arbitration.
He also acts as arbitrator before both the national and the international Milan Chamber of Commerce, with a particular focus on corporate law matters.
He was appointed as a Special Trustee of several Holdings in relation to disputes resolution regarding relevant company matters and also actions for liability.
